Garry Coates
Director

An RMIT graduate, Garry commenced his career as a valuer with the Australian Valuation Office in the 1960s. After enjoying considerable success in his own practices over almost 30 years, Garry joined forces with Greg Sugars and Rob Fellows in 1992 to establish Market Line - Opteon, where he is now Director.

Garry has broad experience in all aspects of valuing with particular expertise in the prestige residential and lifestyle market segments.

Garry and wife Sue, have three sons and live at Mornington. A music enthusiast and avid Carlton supporter, he has a wide range of leisure interests.
