In order to facilitate the anticipated merger with Landlink-Opteon later this year under Opteon Victoria, Market Line has been required to change its entity structure and move from the previous unit trust to a corporate entity.

 Although there is no change to our trading name, the entity owning the business has moved from the current unit trust to an incorporated body as of 1^st March 2010.

We are also pleased to advise that coinciding with this change Market Line Partners Pty Ltd welcomes five additional internal shareholders to the business to join Garry Coates and Rob Fellows, providing greater depth and employee involvement in our ownership structure.

 In all respects other than these administrative changes the day to day operational aspects of Market Line – Opteon will remain completely unchanged and it is ‘business as usual’.
